New sports program for children at SVZ

The children's gymnastics department will become the children's sports department. Under the direction of Amalia Darie, the focus will be on ballet and dance from November. Amalia has successfully completed a relevant degree in dance and sports education and has a lot of experience in children's ballet and dance as well as modern dance through numerous courses at Regensburg schools. The focus of the training is on healthy posture, the development of strength, flexibility, self-confidence and musicality.

The following courses will be offered weekly from November 2nd or 3rd:

• every Monday from 3 to 4 pm – ballet for 5 to 8 year olds in the Zeitlarn sports center
• every Monday from 4 to 5 pm (Group 1) and Wednesday from 4:45 to 5:45 pm (Group 2) – Acrobatic dance for 5 to 11 year olds in the Zeitlarn sports center

Come along and have a look. The first few training sessions are free to try out. After that, a 10-session card costs 75 euros (course 1) or 80 euros (courses 2 and 3). With the contribution to the main club, a high-quality ballet and dance course can be offered for 33 euros or 35 euros per month. We look forward to your visit!
