Tennis
Courts for the outdoor season can be easily booked for all members of our tennis department using the following link:

Every member can register on the ebusy website Create a user account and then simply see from home when which space is free and also book a space online.
The button "Free places" in the top bar can be used to
occupancy plan viewed
The user can then click on the desired day via "Select date" and see how busy the facility is on that day. If the desired time is still free, the user can simply enter his booking by clicking on the time slot and selecting "Single" or "Double". Now the exact time and place can be entered and additionally
each player must indicate his teammates
. If the other players are also in the club and have an ebusy account, the user can search for and select them in the player list. If the other player is not a member of the tennis department, it is possible to select the "Guest" button. The guest's name must then be entered manually.
Over
"Book now"
the appointment is entered into the plan.
If the user does not yet have a co-player, he has the option to book a place anyway and click the button
"Playing partner wanted"
(here you have to click on fellow players first). Now all other users can see in their booking plan that a fellow player is still being sought at this time and so they can register if they are interested.
IMPORTANT:
If someone is unable to make their booking at short notice, please
cancel booking again
(by clicking on your own booking in the system and then on "cancel"). This gives the other members the opportunity to book the space at short notice.
