Due to the current situation, we would like to show you a few exercises every now and then to help you keep fit at home. In the first two videos, Verena explains the coordination exercises that the U9s also have to complete in team games. After that, we will show you further exercises for speed, endurance and ball control. The following applies to every training session: All age groups can do these. So, dear friends, stay tuned!
